Addressing Test Anxiety and the Fear of Failure
Does attending college sound intimidating? Maybe you struggle with test anxiety, or perhaps feel you weren’t ready for college when you graduated high school.
You’ve been learning throughout your time in the military though. You’ve developed new skills and you now have the discipline to take that next step and see your education goals through to the end. A college degree is a real possibility and you’re looking toward your future.
The DANTES Credit-by-Examination programs let you earn college credit for skills and knowledge you already have. With exams offered in subject areas ranging from business to literature, technical writing to American government, economics to accounting – and many, many more – there’s bound to be an exam or two for you to use your knowledge and training to earn credit.
DANTES serves to help you succeed and we’ll help you access the materials you need to be fully prepared. College Board, the organization that administers the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) tests, and Prometric, the organization that administers DSST tests, both provide Service members with free practice exams, study resources, and helpful test-taking tips.
The average DSST pass rate is 80%. DANTES reimburses you for the cost of both DSST and CLEP exams, so you’ve got nothing to lose! Register today and get a head start on your college degree – and on your future!
